Having worked in software development for over 20 years, he's passionate about beautiful code, simple solutions, and seeing people grow. He loves crafting software solutions to empower businesses to do good things even better. His best vacations include discovering new places, trying out new ethnic foods, and enjoying nature with his family.
Lynita Miller is a co-founder of CodeCrafters and serves as a company director. With a background in education and years of educational experience homeschooling the Miller children, Lynita brings practical wisdom and a relational perspective to the company leadership. Lynita loves time in nature, deep relationships, and coffee with friends.
Joel Iwashige grew up in the intersection of Japanese, American, and Amish cultures. He followed an A.A. in computer science with a B.Sc. in Business Administration from Sterling College, and earned the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation in 2010. Joel began programming before he entered his teen years. He recharges by reading and learning, and finds delight in spending time with family and friends, and in supporting others' growth.
Mizanur Rahman is Country Lead of Engineering and part of company management team. Mizan grew up in Khulna. He completed his B.Sc. in computer science and engineering from BUET in 2009, and his MBA in Finance from IBA at Dhaka University in 2017. In career of nine years and counting, he has worked in IT and in the software industry, mostly in real-time enterprise databases and programming. He enjoys reading books and is something of a sports fanatic; he enjoys watching football, basketball, cricket, and other sports.
Mark Anupom Mollick is Country Lead of Business Services and part of company management team. After graduating from BUET, Anupom completed MBA from IBA ( DU) and currently pursuing a DBA (Doctor of Business Administration) degree in IBA (DU). He started his career in CCI as a programmer, and after 8 years moved to the business division. He is passionate about business strategy, marketing, digital transformation etc. During leisure, Anupom likes to read nonfiction books or watch Netflix while enjoying a bar of chocolate!
Md Tariqul Hasan is Senior Engineering Team Lead and part of company management team. His career in software development spans over 17 plus years. He has managed a variety of software development teams and projects in many organizations, including international organizations in Bangladesh and companies & government agencies in the U.S.. Tariqul joined CodeCrafters in 2011 after returning to Bangladesh. Originally from Meherpur, he lives in Dhaka with his wife. He loves science fiction and traveling.
Tim Reitz leads the Client Solutions team, working in software design and project management. He joined the team in 2018 as a part-time tester. Tim lives in northern Virginia, by the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. He enjoys spending time with his wife and children, traveling, cooking & grilling for loved ones, and connecting with people. He also has a desire to continue growing and learning personally, and to help others do the same.
Ben Reitz is the main face for client support here at CodeCrafters. Despite not having a background in software, Ben has enjoyed jumping in and learning everything there is to know about providing the support our clients need. Outside of work, Ben enjoys spending time with people. Whether playing volleyball, an array of board and video games, or watching movies and shows, he finds joy in spending these moments with his wife, family, and friends.
Austin Priest enjoys quality assurance -- making sure that the systems we build work like they were designed to and bringing up ideas for how they can be improved. He has been working part time for CodeCrafters since 2021. Austin grew up in New Mexico, lived in Pennsylvania for a few years and moved to Queens NYC in 2019. With the rest of his time, he enjoys his role as assistant administrator for a nonprofit organization as well as maintaining and repairing vehicles for neighbors and friends and helping to lead his local church.
Nahian Khondoker is a lead software engineer and part of CodeCrafters International’s leadership team. Nahian spent most of his growing up years in Kuwait. After returning to Bangladesh, he completed his studies in Computer Science. An avid HTML coder, he loves working around IE browser bugs and utilizing the nth-child CSS selector. He enjoys a good game of football and lazy evenings of hanging out with friends and watching movies.
Rahmot-E-Elahi holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from Bangalore University, India. In his 12+ years in the tech industry, he has worked for various IT and telecom companies. At CodeCrafters, he has worked on many customized solutions for various U.S. and Bangladesh clients, and on C++ coding of the cloud-based platform. Born and raised in Kushtia, Elahi lives in Dhaka with his wife and two daughters. He enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and keeping up with technology trends.
After completing his higher-secondary studies from Mirzapur Cadet College, Murshid-Bin-Rahman graduated with a B.Sc Engineering in CSE from Islamic University of Technology. Apart from programming, he finds business interesting so he enrolled and completed an MBA from IBA, University of Dhaka. When not at work, he likes visiting new places, reading books and playing cricket or table-tennis. "A good human being" is all he wants to be.
Sagar grew up in the capital city of Bangladesh, but his native village is in the green forests of Gazipur. He completed his post graduation from Institute of Information Technology in Jahangirnagar University. He started his career in CodeCrafters and finds a great interest in designing customized systems. Sagar loves to learn and solve analytical problems. He passes relaxed times with his family and friends, encouraging youths, reading fiction and playing guitar.
Seth Miller grew up in Bangladesh where his father runs CodeCrafters. He has gotten to know the software platform from a young age. Seth graduated from high school in 2020 and has been working full time at CodeCrafters since then. He plans to be working on a university degree in the next few years. A CodeCrafters USA developer, he is based in Hutchinson, Kansas where both Ellis and Joel are originally from. Apart from work, Seth is an avid birder who has seen over 330 species in Bangladesh including 2 species that had never before been seen in Bangladesh!
Niccolas Miller, son of CodeCrafters founder Ellis Miller, grew up in Bangladesh before moving to Hutchinson, Kansas. He enjoys creating software that enables others to do their work better. Niccolas has been gaining familiarity with the platform over the past few years, and has been working full-time as a developer for CodeCrafters USA since he graduated from high school in 2022. Niccolas loves sports, including cricket, tennis, and soccer, and is passionate about a capella music and the beauty and intricacy of the English language.
Jonathan Bergen is a developer on the Solutions team who works from USA. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Sattler College in Boston. When not writing code, you can find him grilling a steak, playing a board game, or planning a trip.
Jisan Mahmud is a lead software engineer and part of CodeCrafters International’s leadership team. Jisan was born in Bogura. Though he obtained his B.Sc. in EEE from IUT, by heart and soul he is a programmer. He has worked in several large scale projects and has extensive exposure to software development life cycle (SDLC), test driven development (TDD) and build systems in his ten-plus years of experience. He is obsessed in building software that complies with coding standards and technical design. He enjoys playing badminton and has a deep connection with the flute.
Md Mushfiqur Rahman, an Engineering Technical Lead at CodeCrafters, was born in Chittagong, the port city of Bangladesh. He has completed his M.Sc. in Computer Science & Engineering from Dhaka University. Throughout his career, Mushfiq has worked on multi-platform desktop applications and mobile applications. He enjoys data analysis and database modelling. He likes literature, theater and sports as well.
Enamul Haque, an Engineering Technical Lead at CodeCrafters, is from the capital city, Dhaka. While graduating from BUET with an engineering degree, he fell in love with programming. He enjoys each challenge and takes it as a puzzle to be solved. He started his programming career in CodeCrafters and is proud of his work.
Md. Saiful Alam grew up in the capital city of Bangladesh. He completed his B.Sc. in Computer Science and Engineering from BUET in 2019. Saiful started his career in CodeCrafters and enjoys solving new problems. He also has a great interest in the area of business. He enjoys playing cricket, football and watching movies. Apart from these, he likes to enjoy his free time with friends and family.
Arannya Monzur is a software engineer with a keen interest in problem solving. He developed a love for cultures, languages, and diversity while travelling with his father around the world. Arannya pursed a degree in CSE at BUET where he fell in love with the intricate world of algorithms, software, and artificial intelligence. He is currently doing part time MBA at IBA (DU). A former Muay Thai practitioner, Arannya enjoys spending time with his family, singing, playing instruments (usually electric guitar), playing video games, reading books, and watching MMA (UFC).
Sakif Khan grew up in Dhaka, the capital city of Bangladesh. He completed his B.Sc. degree in Computer Science and Engineering from IUT and currently pursuing M.Sc. from BUET. Sakif started his career as a software quality assurance engineer and later joined CodeCrafters as a software developer. A keen learner who loves to overcome challenges, Sakif usually passes his leisure time playing games or watching movies. He is also a chess enthusiast and enjoys having a fun match every now and then.
Growing up in Dhaka city, Mohammad Shian Khan is originally from Tangail. He has completed his B.Sc. in CSE from IUT. His passion for software development is unending, and that's what keeps him always thoughtful. He enjoys playing table tennis, cricket, and football. He loves to spend time with family, play cajon, and is fond of dancing.
Tahiya Sultana Safa grew up in Dhaka, Bangladesh. After completing her graduation from Islamic University of Technology with a B.Sc. Engineering in CSE, she started her career in CodeCrafters International. When she was a student, she loved to take part in competitive programming since she always loved solving analytical problems. Besides being a tech enthusiast, she is a pretty creative person and enjoys traveling, photography and painting.
Riyad-E-Al Muhafiz was born and raised in Ghoshpur, a small village in Pabna. He adopts his father's philosophy of hard work and integrity, which he views as the path to success. Riyad completed B.Sc in Software Engineering from Islamic University of Technology. He enjoys taking on new challenges and wants to advance in the field of software development. Riyad loves sports and has a great passion for playing football. He enjoys spending his free time with friends and going on tours.
Anik Islam was born and raised in Mymensingh. He completed his B.Sc. in Computer Science and Engineering from BUET. Anik has a strong passion for software development. He also possesses a deep affection for problem-solving. Besides his work in software development, Anik enjoys playing table tennis and cricket. With a knack for analytical problem-solving, he developed a keen interest in cybersecurity as a side quest. Swapnil is also an avid reader, a passionate football fan, and enjoys watching anime. Md. Jahid Hossain keeps the office running smoothly in Dhaka. Jahid comes from Barisal in southern Bangladesh. He completed his graduation in Hospitality Management from Cyprus in 2012 before returning to Bangladesh. He enjoys traveling, watching science fiction and action movies, listening to music, singing, and spending time with family and friends. An avid sports player, he enjoys cricket, badminton, and billiard.
Towhiduzzaman Bhuiyan, an Accounts Officer at CCI, hails from the scenic landscapes of Feni, a district in southeast Bangladesh. Armed with a bachelor's and master's degree in accounting, Towhiduzzaman is currently on a journey towards a Chartered Accountancy degree. His passion lies not only in numbers but also in the intricate world of philosophy, where he immerses himself through avid reading. Outside the realm of finance, Towhiduzzaman cherishes moments with his family, indulges in soul-soothing melodies, and finds fulfillment in exploring the realms of non-fiction literature.
Muhit Bin Ashrafy, an Accounts Officer at CCI, originated from the picturesque district of Kushtia in Northern Bangladesh. With a bachelor's degree in accounting, Muhit is currently pursuing a Cost and Management Accountant (CMA) qualification. His interests extend beyond numbers; he has a deep fascination with philosophy, which he explores through extensive reading. Beyond his professional pursuits, Muhit values time spent with his family, enjoys listening to soothing music, and finds joy in flying kites, which evokes cherished childhood memories.
Mehnaz has completed her BBA degree from American International University Bangladesh (AIUB) with specializations in Accounting and Marketing. Along with studying, she was actively involved with the AIUB Business Club, where she served the organization as the Chief Communication Officer. She started her career with Arla Foods Bangladesh Limited as an intern in their public relations department. She holds huge interests in financial auditing, financial analysis, academic and market research, consumer data analysis, and managing corporate relationships. She is promised to be genuine and self-motivated to take challenges.
Maruf was born and raised in Dhaka city, the capital of Bangladesh. He completed his BBA in Finance from East West University. Maruf started his career in CodeCrafters as an intern in the Financial Data Team. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for accuracy, Maruf loves scrutinizing financial data to identify discrepancies and anomalies. Apart from work, Maruf enjoys playing football, watching movies and TV series. He also likes to enjoy his free time with his family and friends. Winter is his favorite season and Eid-al-Adha is his favorite festival.
Jobeda apa keeps us fed with her fantastic Bengali and American snacks and her great Bengali lunches. Whether it’s Moglai parata, lemon chili alu chops, fresh-baked homemade bread, or shortcake with orange frosting, her morning snacks start the day off right.
Kokila apa cheerfully keeps the office clean and all of us supplied with tea and coffee. Her sweet iced tea is some of the best in Bangladesh. She comes from Patuakhali in the southern part of Bangladesh.
