We are looking for an experienced, proactive and organized Human Resource Officer, with a strong background in HR and solid understanding in HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment: Work closely with management to recruit qualified candidates who will make valuable contributions.
- HR Operations Support: Assist in onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Administrative Coordination: Maintain employee records, process HR documents, and ensure company compliance with regulations.
- Communication & Coordination: ensuring smooth communication.
- Policy Implementation: Assist in updating and implementing HR guidelines.
- Event Planning & Execution: Organize and oversee company events, training programs, and celebrations.
- Employee Engagement: Collaboratively develop and execute initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture, strengthen employee satisfaction, and support employee growth and well-being.
- Public Relations: Manage the company’s social media presence and cultivate relationships with universities and others.
- Operations Support: facilitate smooth operations of office.
Data Services: assist in providing Data Services for clients.
Perform other duties as assigned
RequirementsRequired Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Strong event planning and coordination skills.
- Technical proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
Education and Experience:
- BBA or MBA, majoring in Human Resources, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR or related roles.
- Prior experience in designing HR policy, managing the recruitment process, and organizing corporate events is a plus.
- Work experience in an IT company is a plus.
Employment Terms:
- Permanent (Full-time)
